Back to produce plastic pallet in our own factory
When Peter and Andy came back to China, they were ambitious to produce plastic pallet. Our managements had a special meeting for this and Peter will be in charge of the project.
So Peter lead us to seek plastic pellets manufacturers. He contacted many people but nobody knows. One day, he met an old man who was driving a van with plastic waste. This kind old man told him that there was a plastic recycling and processing station in Datou Town. And Peter decide to follow him to find the station.
He was highly excited like he found new land!

Then they bought a 200 kg plastic pellets and took it back to our factory.
Happy all day...
They also buy a melting extruding machine like this.
Under this plastic melting extruding machine, it is easy to melt plastic pellets. Then we do production like this.
This is final products.
The middle white on the green pallet is because of extruding machine small capacity. It produced too slow and the first part melting plastic temperature is cooling down. So a correct production capacity plastic extruding machine is necessary.
It is a very great products. Because we found a way of recycling plastic to be pallets as our way.
Excited to be helpful for environment and bring useful products!
And we gave them to final users to test. Final conclusion satisfies everybody!
Next step, and also what we are doing is that we are trying to find an automatic device to increase production capacity and save more labors!

By changing the color, color master batch will be added.
Then we put the melting plastic into the mold, then press.
Here comes an real experience!
In March, we received a America client and we show him how to produce plastic pallets.
Then I took a video by cellphone. Please forgive that I am not good at taking videos. But you will see how it works.
